Custom homes
Custom, compact, efficient homes, including starter homes and houses on steep sites. From site evaluation to the last punch list, what gets built matches what we set out to do.
Backyard cottages + conversions
A small second home in the backyard, an apartment over the garage, or a garage or attic turned into living space. Room for family, guests, or rental income. (Also called ADUs.)
Small multi-family + in-town lots
New homes on empty or leftover lots in established neighborhoods, plus duplexes, row houses, and small apartment buildings that fit the existing fabric.
Remodels + additions
Sensible fixes for awkward floor plans and spaces that simply don’t work anymore, and additions that add room and value.
Historic renovation
Using historic photographs, documents, and physical evidence, we restore original character and work with local preservation boards and expert contractors, following their guidelines.
